Rodney led production delivery across the Saudi National Day Parade, film screenings and live panel discussions, coordinating pavilion leadership, Expo organisers, cultural partners, talent, technical teams and multilingual stakeholders.The National Day Parade was a large-scale outdoor cultural procession delivered across a 1.9 km public route, involving approximately 100 performers and an audience of around 40,000 spectators. The scope included end-to-end production management, route planning, audience flow, performer integration and coordination with Expo Command and security teams.

Rodney managed the production and delivery of a series of artist-led works across the Biennale, coordinating artists, curators, client stakeholders, technical teams, operations and suppliers across gallery, performance and public environments.The flagship project was Mohammed Al Hamdan's Folding the Tents, a large-scale procession spanning a 3 km public route with 16 moving vehicles, 100 performers, five camels and 60 Diriyah Biennale Foundation participants. The work required route planning, technical infrastructure, audience flow, moving scenography, live performance integration and multi-camera broadcast coordination.

The concept combined spatial design, projection mapping and a full-scale CNC-cut replica of the Engen Racing Audi to bring the product story to life.Working with Lucan Visuals, the visual narrative transitioned from everyday Engen motoring into the high-performance world of Petronas racing, integrating mapped content, lighting and technical production across the installation.The activation was subsequently developed into a national roadshow.

ZEHN conceptualised, designed, produced and delivered the full activation from brief to live in two weeks.The experience combined scripted voiceover, original audio editing, sound design, timecoded lighting, custom branding, AV installation and bar integration. Guests entered the container in groups, beginning in complete darkness before the audio and lighting sequence built into a full techno drop, ending with an ice-cold Jägermeister serve at the bar.The activation became a standout feature of the festival and was quickly adopted by guests as the ‘Jägermeister stage.’
